If I were to say that diets suck and they don’t work, I truly believe that 99.9% of you will agree with me. They do suck.

Why? Because when you go on a diet, you need to eat lots of salad a.k.a. rabbit food. Rabbit food sucks. You’re not full and you’re hangry.You complain how much you hate this. And then the first obstacle that comes your way, you quit and it just becomes easier to go back to eating what you normally eat.

That pretty much sums it up. But have you ever wondered why they suck and they don’t work? And have you ever asked yourself… if they do suck and they don’t work… why do I keep going back to these same diets over and over again?
