This means that I'm not going to leave you out there in airy-fairyland to wonder if it's working. I will challenge you so that you can gain the confidence to embrace the transformation and growth you are looking for. You will walk away from each coaching session with action items and/or journaling exercises so that you can continue to grow in between sessions.
AND... I'm also a Certified HoloBody Coach and 6-Phase Meditation Facilitator, which means that your coaching experience becomes an entire mind-body-spirit journey.
