This is a series of 4 lunch & learn videos, each approximately 10 minutes long.

Questions You May Have Before Getting Started

You will designate a Gratitude Leader to lead the challenge. This person will watch the instructional video to learn how the challenge works and how to implement in your organization.

You can then appoint one or more facilitators to lead the daily challenge.

Each day, you will have a gratitude prompt to share and have your team discuss.
