Questions You May Have Before Getting Started

The challenge is on-demand and you can go through it at your own pace.

It begins with a welcome video to help get you started, and then has 5 days full of education and resources each on a different detox topic. 

The end goal is for you to grow and stretch. Not to simply check the box that it’s complete.

It depends on how much time and effort you want to put into it. 

You can choose what you want to learn about and focus on, and make a game plan to implement when you have the time. This is ALL ABOUT YOU!

The challenge itself is designed to last 5 days.

Absolutey! You can take the challenge by yourself, or include your family in some or all of the daily challenges.

You should review the challenge ahead of time so you can plan your activities. 

The challenge begins two days before the full moon and ends two days after.

The FARMERS ALMANAC has an updated list of all of the full moon dates. 

Absolutely! All of the challenges can be done from the comfort of your home.

There are a few which may require going outside or out and about, but those are optional and there are ways to still complete the challenge at home if you can't get out.

I get it! Life happens. Commit to the entire 5 days, but if you miss a day, don’t beat yourself up about it, and don’t skip over a day. Just pick back up tomorrow the next item on the list.

There may be a day that something just feels off. Or it doesn’t make sense to you. Or whatever. This detox challenge is designed to help you think and become empowered, not to put you in an uncomfortable place. If a certain day doesn’t vibe with you for some reason, then change it up a bit so that it does.

You will be provided with all of the resources needed to complete the challenge.
